Mount-It! Triple Freestanding Monitor Mount for Widescreen Monitors Up to 24
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 day to 1 week

4 out of 5 eggs Works great, with some adjustments. 06/01/2014

This review is from: Mount-It! Triple Freestanding Monitor Mount for Widescreen Monitors Up to 24"

Pros: Great price. Very well balanced on its base. Good flexibility for positioning monitors.

Cons: Out of the box the arms are slightly misaligned by half an inch.

Other Thoughts: A little bit of force was required to straighten them. A lot of reviewers here say that it is off by half an inch. This is true, but can be fixed. Loosen the bolts on the arms, pull up on them to straighten, then re-tighten the bolts. Brute force could also fix this, but be careful not to damage the joints.

Pros: Easy setup. Already comes with USB extender. Good reception.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: USB extender stand could take up a little less desk space.

Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

5 out of 5 eggs Durable, functional, everything you need. 11/12/2013

This review is from: Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Air filtered at front, six HDD bays, three accessory drive bays, and bottom mounted power supply. All the features I was looking for. Bought it at local store. Both me and my roommate have one. Very robust and easy to install most components.

Cons: To mount the hard drives, you have to either remove all the riser cards from the motherboard first, or pop off the front fans. I didn't need hot-swappable hard drives though. It's also a tight fit for the largest of graphics cards, so leaving one of the HDD bays empty for the supplemental GPU power adapters is a good idea.

Other Thoughts: Everything you need, nothing you don't. It isn't flashy, but is the most functional and durable case I've ever used. Already built 3 rigs with this case.
