Pros: Solid construction, looks nice, modular cables in a variety of configurations.
Cons: I think I know why this one is a refurb: It has vicious coil whine. It SHRIEKS LIKE A BANSHEE any time my GPU starts pushing out over 100 or so FPS. I know it's the power supply, because that's the only thing I changed today. The video card (and the rest of the system) were whine-free with my old power supply. It's not the sound of the fan spinning up, it's an electrical whine. (I know my sounds.)
Other Thoughts: limiting fps in games kills the coil whine, but that's a work-around.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: (This is an update to my review posted on 5/7/2014) The rebate came today, 6/17/2014, which is one month and nine days after I put the rebate form and other documents into the mail. NOT BAD AT ALL!
Also, the video card has pulled like a draft horse since I got it. No complaints, no fan whine, no glitches.
Cons: No cons.READ FULL REVIEW
