Pros: Plug & play; no setup required! Works great on all computers I've tried so far, including my netbook (eee 1005HE).
Cons: Requires USB ports that supply enough power to run it. It would not work on the front USB ports on my desktop, which do not supply much power; which I expected, as my ext. HDD also does not work on those ports. Not a big problem, I just use my USB hub or back ports.
Other Thoughts: Very portable and easy to use - great for a drive for a netbook or any other use of an ext. cd drive.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: TRENDnet TU2-ET100 USB to 10/100 Mbps Adapter
Pros: It works great in Linux; plugged it in, installed and it was picked right up. I used this to convert an old laptop into a firewall running Smoothwall, no problems.
Other Thoughts: Of course it's going to be a little slow - it's USB, it won't be gigabit networking. I didn't need it to be any faster than my 5mbit internet anyway, so for my purposes it worked wonderfully.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Large capacity, works well, does what it's supposed to.
Other Thoughts: I plugged this into my camera (Canon PowerShot SX120 IS) and it worked right away. Brought it with me to Japan and back; it's holding over 1500 photos with 10 gigs to spare.READ FULL REVIEW
