This review is from: BUFFALO DriveStation Axis 3TB USB 3.0 External Hard Drive HD-LB3.0TU3 Black
Pros: Was cheap, USB3, large storage and could be set on its edge or side.
Cons: I was storing video for a project at work on this and today it failed. I had around 1.5TB of video that was recorded 24/7 over the last 6 months on this thing when it died.
Other Thoughts: I know I should have been backing up but I didn't have room to do that and would have had to purchase another hard drive to do so. This is why I was storing on the hard drive to begin with.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: EVGA 123-YW-E175-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI FTW ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: As far as I can tell from this point it seems to be a good board. I haven't got any further then putting it together and turning it on though.
Cons: Like the other reviews the SATA plug configuration is a pain and the cables that came with it seem impossible to plug in. They have the clips on both sides and I can't get a second cable plugged into the same block because the clip pushes it out of the way. Almost seems like it might break it in the long run or mess up the connection. I am using some left over cables from my last machine. As for the USB header....why would you only put 1. And to top it all off Newegg put that this thing has "2x USB 2.0" onboard. That was a little missleading to me. I understand that the one plug will support 2 standard USB plugs externally but it really sounds like there are 2 USB internal headers on it...but there isn't. They should clear that up a little bit. It sounds like other might have been misslead as well judging by all the complaints regarding the USB headers.
Also everybody is 100% right about the VGA slots being so tightly layed out with the other PCI slots.
Other Thoughts: Haven't had the thing very long. Infact I haven't even had time to fully install the OS so I am just speaking from an install/layout standpoint.READ FULL REVIEW
