XFX Double D Radeon R9 270X DirectX 11.2 R9-270X-CDFC 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
  • neweggOwned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: This card is on great overclocker, I have it at 1185 mhz on the core and 1495 on the memory, max temps AT 99% load only reach 67 C. Runs Bf4 @ 50 fps on ultra with 150% resolution scaling! Heck of a card for cryptocurrency mining too, over 390 KH/ps.

Cons: Very long, and wish it had more support because it does sag a bit. Beta drivers too, made my system unstable make sure you aren't running to high of an OC if you want to run this card.

Other Thoughts: Says I'm not a verified owner, but I am. Running this with a 650w psu with an i5 3570k. To bad Mantle isn't out yet

ASUS HD 7000 Radeon HD 7770 DirectX 11 HD7770-2GD5 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Plug-in Card Video Card
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: Ran almost every game I threw at it. Runs really cool, max temps were only close to about 45C. Runs BF3 at 60fps solid at High settings with no AA.

Cons: It's begging to get outdated, go with a little newer card if you want better performance in newer games. Sometimes it made my monitor black screen (stop responding).

Other Thoughts: If you need great performance in this price range, go with this card!
