Pros: Great performer and fun to overclock. The armor seemed more of a gimmick to me at first but I found it to be quite functional (plus it looks cool) and the accessory fans keep the VCore cool. This is my first ASUS product and so far I'm impressed. It's a well laid out board that performs great and stays very cool under stress tests and of course under normal and gaming loads. Also, tons of USB ports on the back.
Cons: Trouble with the AI suite installation. It's a common problem but there are solutions. The DRAMM options are a bit limited. If you want to use the fastest DRAMMS, get one of the Maximus 6s.
Overall Review: If you're not planning to overclock then, don't spend the extra $... I used a thermaltake Water 3.0 to cool the CPU and it works fine. I would think that most AIOs or a very good air cooler should also do well. If you think the CPU is running hot, make sure to change you fan controls for the CPU in the AI to turbo or full speed.
Works Fine with Haswell

Pros: Keeps my Haswell cool. I am OCing at 4.6 with the Voltage set to 1.25. Under gaming loads it will keep the temp in the high 60s with the fans set to half power. If you love running stress test, make sure your pump and fans have full power. Under stress tests, it stayed in the high 70s with some spikes in the very low 80s.
Cons: Instructions are beyond bad. The bracket for the back is made of a soft plastic. I stripped out the slot that holds the retaining nut but I was able to fix it with glue.
Great Performer

Pros: I was able to OC to 4.5 with ease with great stability under normal loads and stress tests. No heat issues with a decent (non-stock) cooler.
Cons: None really.
Does its job well

Pros: I like the XMP. It works just fine as advertised. No heat issues or instability. Good price.
Cons: Can't think of any.
