Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell Quad-Core 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics BX80646I54670K
Pros: OC able. Runs very cool when not OC - I game at full settings around 45-50 Celsius with my corsair H60 cooling it.
Cons: None
CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model CMY16GX3M2A1866C9R (Red)
Pros: Somewhat of a mid-profile RAM set. In between low and high in height. Clean, sleek look. Matches red/black color scheme perfectly. Price is pretty good. Corsair makes great products.
Cons: "Sleeves" that go on top of the heat sinks slide off. Not exactly a problem, but figured I'd throw it in the cons.
ASRock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: Easy BIOS to work with. Software that comes with is easy to use. Has been reliable thus far (a little over a month).
Cons: Some of the software included in the package is Intel related and basically useless in my needs. The good thing thing about the bundle is that you are able to pick and choose what pieces of software you want to install along with the drivers. You'll need to do a BIOS update, that's not a problem for most people. The board comes preset to 1333mhz for RAM, you'll need to manually change that if you have higher.
CORSAIR Hydro Series H60 (CW-9060007-WW) High Performance Water / Liquid CPU Cooler. 120mm
Pros: So far, this h60 keeps my i5-4670k very cool. I have done no OC to the CPU, keep this in mind when I give temps. I am able to run max settings on DayZ, Nether, Bioshock series, etc. and the CPU has yet to break over 50 degrees Celsius.
Cons: Water lines are somewhat stiff, but do bend without pinching.
Rosewill 120mm Computer Case Fan (Case Cooling Fan) - Red Frame & 4 Red LEDs, Sleeve Bearing, Silent Fan with LP4 Adapter; RFA-120-RL
Pros: Helps keep my rig very cool. LEDs look and operate fantastic.
Cons: None
IN WIN GR one Black Black SECC Full Tower Computer Case ATX 12V/EPS Power Supply Compatible
Pros: HUGE - The photos for this case, do it no justice in regards to size. The case is enormous, plenty of room for ATX boards and long GPUs. The case even looks great. You can tell the materials used are not cheap, very well built.
Cons: Stock fans that come preinstalled are not the greatest quality. My 140mm red LED drive bay fan is somewhat "iffy." On boot up, set to regular speed (via controller), the fan will spin some and stop repeatedly. Once I kick on the boost speed it spins fine, no issues. From this point, I can kick the speed back down and it spins fine yet again, odd, but it is what it is. Stock case fans are not known as being the best around, just replace them.
