This review is from: GELID Solutions WING 14 UV Blue FN-FW14B-12 140mm Case Fan
Pros: I bought two of these fans to replace my CoolerMaster fans which were pushing almost no air through the radiator and I was hitting temps of up to 80C under max load. I dropped two of these in a push/pull config and now my CPU is sitting around 60 to 65 under max load. They are very quiet as well and I am glad they have good static pressure. Most 140mm fans I found were around .8mm/H2O but these are just under 1.5mm/H2O so I am very happy there as well.
Other Thoughts: They are a little expensive but for what you get it is more than worth the price.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: AeroCool VM-101 Fanless VGA Card Cooler
Pros: It takes up the slot above it instead of below it?
Cons: 1. Instructions don't specify which screws or brackets to use.
2. Nothing holds it to the GPU. They give you some slide brackets which you slide into the bottom heatsink. When the card is installed the weight of the heatsink pushes it several mm off the GPU so no contact is made.
3. If your computer case has the motherboard lay flat, your in trouble. There is NOTHING to stop the brackets from sliding right off the heatsink!!! I stood the card up to put it in the case and the whole thing slid right off every time. The only way to keep it on there was either glue or some form of string and duct tape contraption.
4. Comes in a blister-pack so have fun opening this
Other Thoughts: I see all these other decent reviews and maybe I was missing pieces but Ill never know that since there isn't a parts list either. Not worth the time or hassleREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: Bought this wonderful box a few weeks ago and I cannot begin to praise this computer. Its small, quiet, and sleek. It integrates really well as a HTPC and can handle everything you throw at it. The WEI for the graphics card is a 5.1 and the lowest rating is the CPU at around 3.3. The integrated WiFi and Bluetooth work very well.
I hooked up an external Blu-Ray drive to this box and it plays them without issue. The same thing goes for movies from a network drive, flawless playback and I am also able to record TV while streaming movies and no slowdown.
Cons: The only "con" is the 2GB of RAM which can run a little low at times.
Other Thoughts: Might be a good idea to add a 4GB stick or an 8GB kit of RAM when you purchase this little guy. Don't forget you need an external drive or a USB stick to install everything.
The CD drivers worked great but I have read some complaints that those on the Zotac website are causing issues so just use the ones you get with it.
