This review is from: Ultra Bright 110V 1.9W E27 38 LED White Light Bulb Lamp
Pros: Will have to wait and see if they are reliable but so far I like them. They are pretty bright and will work good in certain situations. I just traded out my closet bulb with one of these. It is nowhere near as bright as the 100w bulb that it replaced, but it is plenty bright enough for what I need. I don't use the closet light very often, however, when you consider that I do accidently leave the light on occasionally, it is not hard to see that it will pay for itself fairly quickly. These would also work well it a desk lamp.
Cons: None so far.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: P3 Kill A Watt Electricity Load Meter and Monitor
Pros: I've had this all of a couple of hours and I can tell you already that this thing pays for itself. I found out that my 56" DLP uses 39W when not on. I will add a $6 timer and in a year the timer and this meter will be paid for in electric savings. All other money that it ends up saving me is money in the bank. I love this meter because I am kinda geeky so I like this meter for the fun factor alone, but it will also come in handy when planning a new hunting camp that will be powered from batteries and solar power. This meter will help to figure my true power requirements and probably pay for itself several times over as batteries and solar panels are costly.
Cons: Haven't figured out how to program it to make my coffee in the morning. I'm not sure how anyone could say one bad thing about this. Call me cheap but I love stuff that saves me money.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Collection LED A19 5W 30 Watt Replacement, Warm White
Pros: Hard to give this a review just yet because I don't know about reliability. However it is replacing a heavily used CFL bulb with an equal amount of light and it will pay for itself in electric savings in one year if it lasts that long. I also like the light color better than the CFL. If it were replacing a 30 0r 40w incandescent bulb it would pay for itself in savings pretty quickly. It has a 3 year warranty so I guess it is a no brainer. Think I may order some more.
Cons: No cons so farREAD FULL REVIEW
