Pros: Fresh install of Windows 7, no crapware to remove
New keyboard and mouse included
I got a 2.66ghz cpu, not a 1.8
Cons: A few scratches and scuffs on the top of the case, but who cares?
Other Thoughts: Opened it to make sure nothing came loose in shipping, can't believe how clean it is, looks brand new. Even the inside of the psu is spotless. Everything booted up great. Fresh Windows 7 install, no crapware to remove.
I got a 2.66ghz not a 1.8ghz, that was a bonus.
Entry level computer for my Dad, spent all day on it and can't find a thing wrong with it. If it wasn't for a few scuffs on top of the case I would think it's brand new old stock. Got a new Hanns-G 20" to go with it. Nice pc and monitor for two hundred bucks. Can't beat it, very satisfied and pleasantly surprised.
This review is from: ZALMAN CNPS10X OPTIMA 120mm FSB (Fluid Shield Bearing) Shark's Fin Blade CPU Cooler
Pros: Cooled my processor 10c at idle over stock.
My cpu went over 90c within 1 minute of starting Intel Burn Test with stock cooler, never went over 70c with this during the entire test.
Cons: QC is pretty bad. The copper pipes go through the heatsink base, which is good, however they did not smooth it out, there are like 8 grooves where the heat pipes are. I was kind of shocked because it should be smooth. I used extra thermal paste to fill in the grooves, but made sure none squeezed out.
Other Thoughts: i5-4670K, MSI Z87
Other than the poor heatsink base having grooves, it's a good quality cooler and quiet. I got my rebate too so it only cost me about ten dollars.
