This review is from: Sony PSVita System w/Wi-Fi Black
Pros: Just to reply the previous poster: "now cheaper overseas by $50".
I'd love to hear where those $50 cheaper PS Vitas are being sold since I just visited Japan and Taiwan and they both had it more expensive than the US version (by a good $50, ironically).
Cons: If you are using the US PSN, then it's unforunate that you won't be able to play your PSP games on Vita, since that service is only offered under the JPN PSN accounts.
Other Thoughts: Unfortunately, some of the better games on Vita in Asia probabily won't be avaliable in US. Just the way it always has been and it always will be with PS. You will be able to enjoy this console much much more if you understand Japanese...READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Desktop Processor FD8150FRGUBOX
Pros: Bulldozer's architecture showed some potentials. When it comes to multi-threaded application it can match an i7 or even very slightly better.
Cons: "The FX-8150 is neck and neck with the i7 2600 for gaming and it's about $100 cheaper."? In every single gaming benchmark it falls behind even i5 2500k. i7 straight up dominates it when it comes to gaming. In fact, Tom's review had this CPU behind on its own Phenom II X6 1090 BE on quite a few games. No. They are not identical with an i7. They are not even close. You are simply making up stories while on every single review out there Bulldozer failed when it comes to gaming. Single-threaded application wise Bulldozer simply gets destroyed by Sandy Bridge.
Other Thoughts: If this CPU was placed at low 200 range it would have been much better when it comes to bang for the buck. At 279.99 its performance simply isn't up to the price tag. Sad, but true. Sandy Bridge came out more than half year ago but still beats Bulldozer comfortablely. Sandy-E and Ivy would only make AMD look worse. That's not good at all. Consumers need AMD to remain competible so Intel wouldn't price their CPU at a ridiculous range. AMD really has a lot of catch up to do now.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: 6gb memory for 89.99 after rebate.
XMP worked right away after selecting the option on Asus X58 Sabertooth MB.
Cons: Price dropped @ 79.99 after rebate now. Oh well...
Other Thoughts: I've never had any problem receiving my rebate from Kingston. I have done at least 2 rebates with them now and both time received the rebates within 3 months.
Nobody mails the rebate form nowadays - just print it out yourself from the link provided and make sure you included EVERYTHING it asks for.
