Pros: I have had the drive for about 4 months and it's working as expected.
The performance is definitely good, but not the highest performance drive you can buy. What do you expect the price is great.
Cons: none so far.
Other Thoughts: I do not understand why people post about not seeing all 3TB, are we in the 90's again and have to explain to people about drives. It's a percentage overhead and use Win7 64bit with the correct bios to see more than 2TB.READ FULL REVIEW

System boots in about 5-7 seconds.
Had the drive for about 4 months so far and no issues.

This review is from: Shuttle DS61 V1.1 Intel H61 2 x 204Pin SO-DIMM Black Mini / Booksize Barebone System
Pros: You can read the technical specs, but it is definitely everything it says.
I am very impressed at the power (Desktop CPU), but yet so quite. The heatsink integrated into the case really does a great job dissipating the heat.
I use it for an HTPC, so it had to be quite. However, I run file services, home automation software, and all of my entertainment needs through this thing with no lag.
I loaded it with 8GB (1 stick future upgrade), 256GB msata, 3TB 2.5 sata, 3 tuner cards and I5 3470S 65watt desktop cpu.
I have not even used the USB3.0 yet, as I can not believe I have 3.25TB inside a case the size of my hands.
Cons: none that I can tell.
Other Thoughts: This thing is definitely commercial grade. The inside heatsinks and other circuits are massive.READ FULL REVIEW
