Pros: Sleek design, very ergonomic. 144hz is a MUST for the hardcore gamer
Cons: Not good picture quality. You will be disappointed.
Other Thoughts: I bought the VX248H model and had used it untill i realized the power of the 144hz (Avid gamer here). Sent it back for this one. I had both monitors hooked up side by side before i sent the first back. The picture quality difference is night and day. You can download fixes for it but its still not perfect. If i hadn't bought it to play games i would flashback to the 60hz model. This is a great design TN panel but the messed up the picture quality. Personally i would look into the BENQs even though they are more expensiveREAD FULL REVIEW
This review is from: GUNNAR Gaming Eyewear - PPK Gloss Onyx Frame
Pros: Keeps my eyes from fatigue. I have a 24 inch and i sit fairly close, it does help with the strain. especially while playing FPS
Cons: Glasses fit O.K.
You will still see a glare from monitor, something you get used to though
Other Thoughts: Not too thrilled with these, Other than the over hyped marketing play, they do relieve your eye strain, everything else they claim is iffy. I really don't see a difference between the cheap yellow tint sunglasses you can buy at a gas station and the Gunnars besides the frame. Kind of a shame reallyREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: Nice looking fan. Easy install and covers various chips. Yes its big like a good fan should be. Keeps my FX 8350 cooler than stock fan. Running BF4 at around 40C while the stock fan would have me around 48 to 50C. not too big of a difference but looking forward to bumping the voltage with this guy.
Cons: The whole thing is fragile, you have to handle it by the heat pipes or the fins will bend out of place. Even though install is easy the instructions are vague. It is not PWM. It comes with thermal paste but its very cheap stuff
Other Thoughts: It looks great in the window of my case. One mistake i made was make sure you peel off the plastic tab on the bottom of the heatsink, its nearly invisible. I never saw it and applied thermal paste as normal and overheated twice before i figured it out. Instructions do not state this.READ FULL REVIEW
