Other Thoughts: There's an LED on the PCB it that you can see blinking when the drive is in operation. But to see it, you have to look through the seam. The drive is opaque, so it can't be seen from the outside. 128 GB means 128,000,000,000 bytes, so that means you'll actually get see 119.209 GiB of space.
The one I have measures 75.352 MiB/sec sustained write speed. That could however be the limit of the SATA II controller on my motherboard. I am using the 3.5-inch adapter brackets it came with which work great. This SSD is really thin and has a minimalistic look. I really like it. Came flashed with the latest SandForce firmware.
Pros: It fits my 15.6 inch wide-screen laptop like a glove.
Cons: Really strong chemical smell. Like, it was stinking up the whole room. I put it out in the sunshine for a couple days to let it bake out.
Other Thoughts: The padding isn't very thick, but at this price, it wouldn't be fair to call that a con.READ FULL REVIEW
