Pros: Excellent colors and response.
Cons: I've had this monitor for about a year and a half and now it's glitching and goes blank for a few seconds every so often. It makes a loud pop when it glitches out. The back light bleed wasn't as bad as some of the pictures I've seen but was noticeable in some situations.
Other Thoughts: Can't purchase an extended warranty outside of the one year manufacturers. It's an absolute shame that a 150 dollar monitor I've had for 7 years works perfectly and this 1000 dollar enthusiast monitor is already defective. Their support is absolutely terrible and will try any trick in the book to deny your problem. From now on I will look elsewhere when I spend my money.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Sturdy aluminum case with usb 3.0 and esata. Easy hard drive installation. I transferred around 200 gbs of data to a 2 tb seagate nas drive with big and small files and was impressed by the speed. I was getting around 200 MB/s transfer rate.
Cons: When using esata the fan ramps up and is very noisy. I haven't experienced this issue when using usb.
Other Thoughts: Overall this is a good enclosure.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Fast refresh rate and stereoscopic 3d, large size and lots of options for getting the ideal viewing experience in your environment.
Cons: This monitor is very very bright. I had to turn down the brightness quite a bit to get it to my liking.
Other Thoughts: Another reviewer stated that you cannot get 120hz over an hdmi connector thus no HD quality. Hdmi to my knowledge wont go above 60 hz, however there is no difference between DVI and HDMI other than being able to send surround sound over the same wire in hdmi. The picture quality is exactly the same. You will need to use the dual link dvi connector to get full 120hz refresh.READ FULL REVIEW
