This review is from: NETGEAR WPN824N-100NAS RangeMax N150 Wireless Router IEEE 802.3/3u, IEEE 802.11b/g/n
Pros: Good range, cheap
Cons: After about 18 months of ownership started showing signs of failure - wifi goes down daily. I just started using this as a wired switch essentially and the wired connection still screws up. Would not recommend for long term use.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Logitech 920-003371X G105 Gaming Keyboard
Pros: Keyboard is responsive and it feels good to type with it. Gaming has been great, and I've been able to keep typing at a high WPM, as opposed to the temporary replacement keyboard I used when my old one broke. These aren't mechanical switches, but they're a good cheap alternative.
Cons: I thought I'd like the backlight but it has gotten annoying. Fortunately you can disable it.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Edimax EW-7438RPn V2 300Mbps Universal Wi-Fi Range Extender, Repeater, Wireless Bridge, Access Point, Wall Plug design, Smart LED Signal Indicator, Easy iQSetup by Smart Phone (No CD Required)
Pros: Initially it worked as advertised. Speeds were relatively good, and it did a good job of extending my network.
Cons: After a few weeks of use, it became flaky. Either its wifi would drop or it would drop its connection to the main router (other devices can connect fine during this time, so it's not the router). Resetting the device fixes the issue, but the need to reset has become more frequent with time, and now I'm resetting it on a daily basis.
Other Thoughts: This is inexpensive and has acceptable performance, but watch out for degradation with long-term use.READ FULL REVIEW
