Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2CCA 2.5
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

2 out of 5 eggs Supafast, but only 1 hour at a time. 11/27/2012

This review is from: Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2CCA 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) with Transfer Kit

Pros: Super fast, Boots WIN7p in 17 seconds from post(make sure to set AHCI/Hotplug) For the time that it did run, it was great. 2 eggs

Cons: Died after 9 months. It has now fallen into the common "1 hour cycle" and locks up after that. My usage: 24hrsx30daysx9months=6480hrs, though not on all of this time it still is beyond the noted 5000+hours. These SSD's are not a very good investment when considering the more affordable and rock solid reliability of the Velociraptor 10000rpm drives. Reliability trumps speed any day! Lesson learned.

DOLICA Midnight Edge Series ME-400 Mouse Pad
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 week to 1 month

5 out of 5 eggs best i've seen for the $ 10/26/2010

This review is from: DOLICA Midnight Edge Series ME-400 Mouse Pad

Pros: measures 3 inches less than my keyboards width. Nice and big, 1/4"+ very thick and durable. Microfine mesh stitching for accurate response. Wrist rest is contured in the middle and you can change heights by placing your wrist in a different position. Wrist rest is about 1 foot long, long enough to support forearm to elbow if you choose and is Gel not Foam. Should cost $25 or more. Very nice product.

Cons: Antiquing on logo looks unprofessional.
I also had to iron mine for a few minutes because of the way it is shipped. There rubber had some memory to it.

Other Thoughts: If your worried about shipping memory, since the product is rolled up, just purchase the 300 model. It is not rolled-up as you can see in the packaging photo.

JetWay 939GT4SLI-G-VC 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard

5 out of 5 eggs Almost a month old (follow up) 04/13/2007

This review is from: JetWay 939GT4SLI-G-VC 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard

Pros: Almost 30 days now and no problems with this board. Buddy was so impressed i am ordering another with a 2.4 and a gig of Hyperx and building him one.

Nicest board i have owned yet and have always been a hardcore Axux fan. Not no more.

Cons: If anyone is having problems with ram, hyperx is the way to go. Has worked flawless in every board i have had.

Not really a con but after a few days of hardcore testing i finally started to get crashes and figured out later that i had not updated my NForce4 drivers. Once i did, the system has not hiccupped since.
