Pros: Definitely Grade A, a few small scuffs on the top. I tested the battery life and got just over 2 hours while doing updates. Solid Built machine, not like the newer cheap plastic cases. I bought it for my wife who prefers it over the new "other brand" laptop that I bought her last fall.
Cons: Windows 7 - 32 bit?? A machine with 4 gb of Ram is wasting a portion of the Ram using a 32 bit OS. I upgraded it to Win 10 Pro 64 bit as soon as I got it.
Other Thoughts: I did a HP warranty check and it's been out of warranty for about a year, and considering that it's a business class machine, that's not too bad, especially for the price.
Overall I am highly satisfied and would buy it again.

Pros: Easy connection, no drivers to install, at least on Windows 8.1, very responsive.
Cons: Almost too light, not easy for someone with large hands & fingers, but for most people that probably is not an issue.READ FULL REVIEW
