Pros: I've raved about this PSU for a few years now. It's worked really well and held voltages well with decent overclocks.
Cons: The fan is dying after 3 years. I expect this is not uncommon (and not significant), but after contacting support they couldn't even direct me to a specific replacement. They just said NE would have one. I don't know the thickness or if its hard wired in? I'd have loved if they would have been a little more helpful.
Other Thoughts: A great PSU, and it has been treating me well, but I don't know if I'd get a silverstone again.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Note, this is only after running for a day. I will update if there are issues later.
Great features. Fully loaded for its price at least. Great overclocking. Even the software OC works, but BIOS overclocking seems to work better.
Install all is always a welcome feature for driver disks IMO.
I got my fx4130 to 4.4ghz with little effort which my old msi board struggled with.
USB 3 header? yep! I had a hard time finding a decent AMD board with one and I needed it for my switch 810.
Cons: I can always use more USB ports.
I am concerned with the NB heatsink being small or not adequate and it was not very tightly attached.
Other Thoughts: I was weary to buy a board that isnt for sale anywhere else yet, but its predecessor gets pretty good reviews and this seemed like they fixed most of the problems so I jumped on it. I was replacing a MSI board that just never really worked right so I am excited this board fixed all those problems and more.
Running this board
fx4130 and a gtx 480 on water.
a ati 5450 to power a 3rd disply
and 8gigs of gskill 1600.
2 ssds and a few hdds.
I have not been happier with a motherboard, and that is a high remark for me.
