ROCCAT Ryos MK Pro ROC-12-851-RD Black 8 (T1 - T3, M1 - M5) Function Keys USB Wired Gaming Mechanical Keyboard with Per-key Illumination - Red Cherry MX Key Switch
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: Lighting effects are neat. The key-switches are as expected from Cherry. The anti-finger print texture does well. Thumb keys that are located below the space bar are very nice for gaming.

Cons: Failed after about a month of use, and for 170$ I have to spend the extra dollar to ship it back to them for a replacement. The included program used to bind key's and lighting effects is buggy and difficult to use. Heavy for a keyboard. If you use your keyboard on your lap its awkward to use due to non-removable wrist rest. While using the keyboard in my systems bio's it would also glitch quite often making it very difficult to change pro-files for my bio's.

Other Thoughts: While it worked, it did as advertised. Though for this price point its a shame I have to pay to ship it back to Roccat for me to get a working keyboard. With that being said I doubt I will ever buy from then again. Though more then likely you won't have any issues with this keyboard this is just my personal opinion.

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: more than 1 year

Pros: Great Price, Performs well, Simple to set up.

Cons: Stock fan failed after about a year, Clearance issues with memory

Other Thoughts: Works great. Keeps things cool and doesn't break the bank. I've been running this with Push-Pull airflow so the fan failure wasn't a big issue. Though for the price you really can't expect to get top of the line fans. This also sits low and can cause issues with clearing the ram slots, so keep this in mind with your build. Its cooling a 2600K i7 CPU and running about 6.5 Celsius delta temp at idle. I also have its comparable none Evo model cooling a 2500K i5 at the same temps. So over all great product if you want air cooling. You may just need to buy a back up fan for peace of mind though.

SAMSUNG 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD256BW 2.5
  • Owned For: more than 1 year

Pros: FAST
Reliable
Power Consumption
Looks great

Cons: Cost- really that is the only thing I can think of that could improve this drive. I really can't say anything wrong about it.

Other Thoughts: Amazing SSD. I own a few SSD's now and all of them are Samsung's. So I can not compare them to other brands. Though if Samsung keeps making SSD's like this I'll probably never go with any other company.
