Solid case

BitFenix Raider Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
BitFenix Raider Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: - Attractive and functional case - Great price - Many drive bays without being enormous - All three fans are very quiet, but lots of room for more cooling

Cons: - Learn from my mistakes and read the manual as soon as you get it out of the box. removing the front panel at an angle can damage the brackets that hold them to the case, and pulling the top off too fast can damage the audio jack connector. Entirely my fault, but this was easy to do by mistake. - Fans can't be connected to the motherboard so their speed can't be software monitored/controlled, and the fan speed dial doesn't do a whole lot (since it's so quiet even at max speed) - Packaging the different screws in different baggies instead of all in the same baggie would be a huge help during the build. Not a huge deal, just a suggestion. - Grommits are slightly small for the number and size of cables going through them, but cable management area is nice.

Overall Review: This was my first build so I don't know if any of the cons are typical experiences, but I can tell you that this case was the right purchase for me. It's stylish without being flashy, easy to work in and good capacity without being enormous, and has very intelligently done fans, USB ports, and other controls. It also runs very quietly and has excellent airflow. Just be careful when opening it up; the front and top panels are connected somewhat strangely and you can damage the connections if you don't understand how they connect first. If you are wondering whether or not to buy this case, just buy this case. It's great and I love it.
