Pros: -Great Specs and performs fast when working
Cons: -One out of the two I ordered was a lemon! It crashed randomly on a regular basis even though I replaced hard drives and memory, reinstalled Windows 7 and Windows 10, upgraded all drivers and BIOS, and even re-seated the CPU.
-Horrible support! I called the support number numerous times and never got an answer, only voicemail. No one returned my call after I left a message.
Other Thoughts: DO NOT purchase this product because the warranty support does not exist!READ FULL REVIEW

Other Thoughts: I have been totally down for a week, and opened a ticket 3 days ago, but have yet to receive any solution and very little response from Synology. I have spent at least 3 hours over the last three days just waiting in the phone support queue, and have not received an email response in over a day regarding my ticket.

The OS is not as popular as it is BROKEN! That is why support isn't even responding to emails for 2-3 days!!! Stay away from SYNOLOGY!!!
