Pros: Brought this monitor for my 12yr old for this first computer build and he loves it and so do I. This is a really good looking monitor, excellent color rendition, zero dead or stuck pixel, good amount of connection and easy menu buttons located on the back of the monitor. This monitor is also very good for playing games if you are a casual gamer. Very good calibration out the box, I did however calibrate the monitor and saw a very slight difference in color from calibrate to factory calibration.
Cons: None so farREAD FULL REVIEW
This review is from: HP ZR2440w (XW477A8#ABA) Black and Brushed Aluminum 24" 6ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen LED Backlight Monitors - LCD Flat Panel 50 to 350 nits cd/m2 1000:1 (static) / 2000000:1 (dynamic)
Pros: 1920X1200 resolution = more vertical space, I calibrated the monitor using my X-Rite. The factory calibration out the box is very good so if you don't have a calibration device you will be fine. Professional looking and the menu system is very easy to use. I use to use HP monitors at work, I am graphic artist/retoucher and HP and Dell are the main monitors we use at work. Over all this is a very good monitor, all most perfect.
Cons: Monitor came with one dead pixel hence the 4 stars, would have been 5 stars if it didn't have the one dead pixel. I decide to keep the monitor because the dead pixel is on the lower right side of the monitor and doesn't brother me, you really don't notice it, only if you're looking for it.READ FULL REVIEW
