Pros: New trinity processor! Didn't even know they were released anywhere
Cons: Came with some bloatware. Doesn't really matter though, since I got rid of it in a few min. Also, newegg might want to bump down that price a little, as I bought it cheaper from [insert competitor here].
Other Thoughts: Even though I bought this from another site, felt I should review it here as well. I just bought an 8GB RAM card from newegg to be installed in this laptop. So far, the integrated GPU is very good! It's as powerful as some actual graphics cards.
RAM: 7.1 (Soon to be improved with more ram by me)
Gaming Graphics: 6.7
Primary Hard Disk: 5.9 (Highest a Hard Drive can get on WEI)
I would like to get an SSD for this laptop, since they actually made it replaceable, but I don't have the money for it :/
Pros: It's ram. Normal DDR3 ram, that worked for quite a long time.
Cons: One out of two cards went dead after a few months.
Other Thoughts: It took me forever to figure out that it was the RAM that caused windows to not start up, I thought it was my hard drive. After using a backup disks, deleting all of my precious data, I figured out it was my RAM, after running windows memory diagnostic. I have no idea why it could've been broken...READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This graphics card is absolutely perfect for mini cases and/or low power supplies. I have a 220W PSU, and this card works perfect. My case only supports half-height PCIex16 cards, dual slot, so this GPU was perfect. I've had this GPU for about 4 months now, and it has served me well. Overclocking is a breeze with AMD's GPU Overdrive, and it doesn't make the card much hotter anyway. (@900MHz core, 1150MHz Memory)
Cons: Surprisingly NOTHING, to be honest.
Other Thoughts: I wrote a review a while back right when I got the card. Writing another one in my astonishment for this loyal GPU.
This card will get you 50+ fps in Skyrim, if you have a good processor. (720p for Ultra, 1080p for high settings)
Other specs of my computer:
AMD A8-3870k X4 APU @3.1GHz
Radeon 6670 1GB DDR5
12GB DDR3 1333MHz
1TBHDD Western Digital Green
220W No-name PSU
I've also played Portal 1 & 2 with this card. Portal 1, no doubt, is a strict 60fps. Portal 2, when turning off anti-analyzing, is almost always 60fps. TF2 is a strict 60fps as well. Pretty much all games so far have looked beautiful.
