Pros: Good and cheap. You can find them every now and then for just a little over $80. That makes it $0.37/GB. Good I/O and they are quiet & cool.
Cons: None, I haven't had any issues, yet.
Other Thoughts: Been using them for 8 months & 4 months respectively in my FlexRAID setup. 1 is used as the parity and the other is just data storage. They work just fine in this setup.READ FULL REVIEW

This review is from: D-Link DGS-108 Unmanaged 8-Port Gigabit Switch
Pros: It's an unmanaged switch so it's just about like buying a cable.... it either works or it doesn't.
Well, this one does. I like the light layout on the ports:
The ports are on the same side as the cables which makes troubleshooting easy.
The metal case is excellent, rugged and I just like it a lot more than the cheap feeling plastic cases that cover most non-enterprise networking devices.
I am currently using it to expand my network from a TP-Link Archer C7 Router. It is connected with the following:
WHS 2011 Home Server
Win 7 Pro Desktop
Raspberry Pi running OpenELEC version of Frodo 12.2
DirecTV Broadband DECA adapter
All work well at their rated speeds
Cons: None that I have seen, yetREAD FULL REVIEW
