Pros: Generally, this is a good workstation card for mid-range systems.
Cons: Fan becomes loud over time. In my setup, the fan hasn't become unbearably loud but I've noticed a significant increase in noise.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Works without issue on two 1920 x 1080 displays.
Other Thoughts: I needed a card that would allow dual-HD displays. This card did a fine job. I am not using it to play games and it works fine for video and other tasks.
Ignore negative reviews from people that complain it doesn't run the latest games at 120 FPS or reviews about the mail-in rebate. Mail-in rebates from any and every company are always a pain and hardly worth it.
Pros: Still running perfectly after several years.
Entire system uses 50W or less, with HDD.
Great for home server: media server, file server, web server, etc.
Cons: On-board Ethernet chipset did not have great driver support and is only 10/100. I added a low-profile gigabit card.
Temperature monitoring is not available, or there are no compatible drivers for FreeBSD.
The fan is not very quiet but I keep the computer in a separate room.
