Pros: My previous processor was an AMD 6300 FX, and it's paired with my current gpu, a GTX 660. Everything just runs so much better. My computer boots up a lot faster, everything I play I can max out, or nearly max out with really good frame rates. With my old setup under Fallout 4, the sound would glitch every now and then, with this new setup it doesn't do that at all. I have a good feeling that I will be running this CPU for a long time.
Cons: I have not found any cons with this processor. If you're new to Intel and coming from AMD assembling the heat sink and what not might be a bit difficult, but not that hard. I also had to talk with Microsoft for over an hour trying to reactivate my Windows 10.
Other Thoughts: I would totally recommend this to any one else, or anything Intel. AMD is cheap, and can get the job done, but Intel does it so much better. My only regret is that I didn't go Intel earlier.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I wasn't sure what to expect with a refurbished computer, I decided to go for it and I am glad I did. 250 dollars for an AMD A8 machine is pretty good. I love the full keyboard. It came in very well packaged and looked brand new. Boot up was faster than I expected. It comes with Radeon R5 graphics, which isn't strong enough to play anything modern, but anything 2014 and older will run. World of Warcraft ran at 20-30 fps with some tweaked settings. It came with a legit Windows 8.1 Pro key, which I then used to upgrade to Windows 10. I like the look and design of the laptop, it looks and feels very modern, The trackpad isn't my favorite but it works fairly well, and does what I need it to do.
Cons: It came with 4 gigs of memory, which isn't terrible but it is best to upgrade that since the computer shares ram with the video chip. The upgrade was a hassle. It comes with no slots to remove the hard drive or ram, and in order to replace any of those components you have to completely tear apart the laptop, because of that I docked a star. It wasn't very hard to take the computer apart, but every other model I have seen has panels you can remove to replace the hard drive and ram.
Other Thoughts: I would recommend this product to other people who needd a computer for school, as that's really all it's meant to do. It will handle light games, Fallout New Vegas set itself to High Quality, so I would assume it can run anything from 2008 or 2009 and down fairly well. And let's be honest there are a lot of awesome older titles. Still, for 250 dollars it's a very nice computer.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Really really really fast. I had a TP Link something that would get 2 bars at most after a year of use, and a Belkin USB adapter that would drop my internet, this thing doesn't do either of that. I love how it comes with antenna, and that it is USB 3.0. My father in law bought a new USB adapter from wal mart for 40 dollars, and this thing is a lot faster for cheaper.
Cons: I dont have any cons for this thing.READ FULL REVIEW
