Thermaltake XASER III V2000A Silver Aluminum Super Tower Computer Case
  • Owned For: less than 1 day

5 out of 5 eggs Nice Case even in 2013 12/06/2013

This review is from: Thermaltake XASER III V2000A Silver Aluminum Super Tower Computer Case

Pros: BIG BIG BIG! Now I have some proper room top expand over my mid ATX case. I got this off a computer thrift store. Some of the connectors didnt work like the USB and the right ear of the audio but that doesnt bother me.

Cons: My motherboard doesnt have connectors labeled but not a con on the case

ZOTAC ZT-95TEK2M-FSL GeForce 9500 GT 1GB 128-Bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
  • Owned For: more than 1 year

Pros: Performed okay when I lost my GTX 550 Ti due to a PSU failure. Allowed me to play games decently over my onboard graphics, but couldnt set settings much higher.

Cons: Kinda slower than I was used too. Was VERY happy when I got my GTX 460.

Other Thoughts: I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Old, slow. Can get MUUUUUUUCH better off e bay or craigslist. IF you HAVE to use this it can run most MMO's and games around 2008-2010 on medium low settings, but dont expect much

GIGABYTE GV-N460OC-1GI GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
  • Owned For: more than 1 year

Pros: Funny story. I used to have a GTX 550 Ti. my PSU broke.I traded the 550 for a 9500 GT with my dad so that I didnt have to run on integrated graphics. the 9500 GT was okay, but I couldn't max out SWTOR anymore. Even Spore I couldn't max out. I saw a post on craigslist with a guy selling two of them and a PSU for 200. I jumped on it. I was tired of the 9500 GT. This thing ran A LOT better than the 550 Ti I used to have. In WoW i could run EVERYTHING on ultra and not dip down 30, the 550 had to have shadows off to do the same. SWTOR ran on All high and never dipped past 20 (fleet). Maxes out Skyrim, Fallout 3 and NV. Any game I play is easily maxed out. (although I don't play a lot of newer games). If you ever find a deal on this I would get it, this card is AMAZING

Cons: Cons? Cons exist?

Other Thoughts: The 460 may be old, but it is still very very good. never ever ever had a problem with it. Very happy I got this. that 9500 GT now runs happy in my brothers computer (a HUUGE improvement over his 8400 GS)
