This review is from: GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD6 LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: Works fine out of the box with a bios update and the included software makes over-clocking easy and very stable. Can't understand others who complain about the board, perhaps the bios offers too many "toys" for some.
Cons: Seems to be a problem with Windows 7/64 bit staying connected via the lan port to my router at boot up. May well be a Windows 7 problem and not the board. Working on a resolution. SATA cables are too short but stretch to fit with a little effort.
Other Thoughts: Replaced a DFI motherboard running XP (still in use) and the 2oz copper feels like 2 pounds, this motherboard is solid. Would like to have had the com port cable included for the price for my FAX modem connection but not a deal breaker. If it works as well and as long as my DFI motherboard ... I'll up the rating to 5 stars. Make sure to update the bios before any system install. The 30 day return only policy almost scared me away. Will advise review in a few months.READ FULL REVIEW
