This review is from: Royal Machines 112MX 12-Sheet Cross Cut Shredder Shreds CD's with Console (Black)
Pros: Good price. Cross cuts paper.
Cons: Shredder died after 5 months of occasional use. I generally shred old papers 2 to 3 times per week, and about 3-6 pages at a time. The shredder is somewhat slow to shred. It is a sideways feed and its difficult to engage the auto feed on the first attempt. I tried to get warranty support from Royal as per the user manual which states that warranty requests are to be MAILED in. I mailed out the request only to have it come back as not deliverable from the USPS. I then tried the Royal.com website for support. When clicking on warranty for "other products" the link does not work. Wow! I guess I'll spend my time on hold when I try to call Royal on the phone. Seriously I don't have time for this run around.
Other Thoughts: This shredder might be good for someone, but if you have a problem then the support is terrible!READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Very nice colors. Large size. High quality stand. USB hub. Great price. Great viewing angles.
Cons: Still not a "Retina" display. Displayed text is good but not great.
Other Thoughts: I'm using this monitor with my 2012 Mac Mini. It's a great combination that allows me to run open windows side by side while working as well as play a few Mac compatible games. It's very good for the price until we get super hi res displays like my rMBP and iPad 3.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Fast processor, large HDD, easily upgradable, decent graphics.
Cons: No dedicated graphics card, but most people will never notice. No optical drive or keyboard.
Other Thoughts: I bought 8GB of DDR3 1600 RAM and an Intel 180GB SSD also. I used very simple guides on You Tube and was able to make a Fusion drive. My Mini is now screaming fast. I am running dual 1080p Asus monitors. I can play Diablo III and Guild Wars 2 on medium high settings. Standard everyday usage is no problem for this Mini. If you create a Fusion drive just back up on Time Machine and use the kit from OWC. You can download OS 10.8 over the Internet if needed while in recovery mode. The version on the App Store does not work with the newer Mac Mini.READ FULL REVIEW
