TP-LINK TL-PA6010KIT AV600 Powerline Adapter Starter Kit, Up to 600Mbps, Gigabit Ports, Plug and Play, Power Saving

Pros: Small design
Well Built
Long Range

Cons: Nothing negative to say

Other Thoughts: I purchased this item to extend my wireless network. I have the transmitter connected to an Apple Time Capsule inside my home. The receiver is located in my garage and connected to an Apple Express WI FI Extender. The transmitter and receiver connected to one another within seconds. Offers great expandability to those not wishing to run several hundred feet of CAT Cable. Approx distance between the receiver and transmitter is 150 feet. Works great!

Pros: Aluminum Top
Dedicated Graphics
Battery Life

Cons: Key Board Flex
Too Many Stickers
Screen Viewing Angles

Other Thoughts: Purchased this lap top for battery life and clean design. The processor handles multiple programs at the same time rather well.

The key board flex issue is due to the optical drive taking up 2/3rds of the right hand side of the keyboard base. The optical drive opening has eliminated a large amount of side rigidity. Thus causing flex. A slot load drive would cost a little more but would provide a more solid base.

The screen looks OK when your viewing angle does not change. As soon as you move the resolution changes anywhere from light gray to black. Changing resolution settings will not help. Its like buying a cheap LCD TV and trying to watch it on an angle.

I dont like my lap top to be a bill board. I know whats inside. I don't need constant reminders. If the manufacturer feels the need to put them on at least put them on straight.

For a sub 1k laptop it performs well. If you want exceptional battery life, a fair amount of speed and thin design this may be for you.
