Pros: Output for price is great. Being modular is amazing. Cables are long enough for all of my full tower rigs and are flexible.
Cons: Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I have been trying for almost a month via phone and via email to order two replacement pcie cables and two more sata cables for my unit. They have promised via email and phone to respond to my request and to date I am still waiting.
Other Thoughts: I would love to give this product 5 eggs but customer service trumps quality and you guys have the worst customer service department Ive ever dealt with.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: RAIDMAX AGUSTA ATX-605BW Black/White Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case
Pros: Best bang for the buck dollar for dollar as far as full size cases go. Tons of room for cable management and ssd and hdd. Plenty of included fans and the left slots for liquid cooling as well.
Cons: My biggest gripe with Raidmax is there super poor customer service. When I bought my case the front panel and rear vent had damage to them. They happily sent me the front grill and 120mm fan free of charge no questions asked. They sent me a green led case fan. No biggie...the original fan still worked. When I asked about ALL THE OTHER DAMAGED parts they asked for a receipt. I bought mine from a reseller and knew they wouldnt cover my cost and asked up front to pay for replacement parts. After a couple of nasty emails they finally gave me a total and I have my new parts. My case is 100% functional and in total I paid $40 for my Agusta.
Other Thoughts: I really like this case and I got one in perfect working conditiln for $40. I could have done without the attitude or limited support hours and paypal only replacement parts. I think for the other 9 computers in my office I will go with NZXT instead. Better quality, better support, and from previous experience, more appreciative of their customers.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMD 970 + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros: I just bought my second one of these to finish off my wifes build for a late xmas present. This board is great for people who just want to browse and play some more of the demanding games out there. This board is not for OCers and should not be purchased with the intent of OCING. Worked right out of the box and reconized all components with no issues.
Cons: The board is very flimsy and the bios is very horrible. Being someone who likes to OC everything, I hate the latest bios for this. I refuse to update my crash box to this new look but I have to kill power and restart everytime it goes to sleep so Im kinda stuck there. Mounting holes do not match any of my cases. They all seem to be off about 1/4-1/2 an inch forcing me to shift and slide the board inside the case to get them bolted
Other Thoughts: Overall I wanted a board that was easy to use, didnt require high maintenance and would support a 2GB video card and wouldnt break the bank. This covers all three bases. I have paired this with a 8 core CPU and have hit a solid 7.9 on the windows index when paired when with a revo 3 ssd, gtx 680, 16gb corsair ram and a 1k psu. All of that is like putting rims on a station wagon though.READ FULL REVIEW
