Pros: Well built. Attractive.
Cons: Came without a battery.
Other Thoughts: I've always had great luck with the refurbished products I've purchased through Newegg; and I knew I was taking a risk. However, by selling me a refurbished product, the seller must acknowledge the potential risk for missing eggs in my review.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS M4A88T-M/USB3 AM3 AMD 880G HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros: Easy to install in mid-tower case; painless installation of RAM, processor, HDD, etc.; HD 4250 played all my HD movies very well--with good sound; BIOS was easy to set up (with many options for things I would never attempt). Honestly, the entire process from purchasing through Newegg to using this board has been a pleasure.
Other Thoughts: Bought for my first PC build and it couldn't have been a better purchase. I "tinker" quite a bit, and this boards has dealt well with near constant plugging and unplugging of cables, drives, and cards. Can't say enough about it without sounding dis-genuine.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Works great with Windows; no trouble watching video; nice to have multiple connections. Linux drivers available. Runs quiet and cool and without any problems.
Cons: Linux drivers need some work; HDMI sound volume very low--have to max volume with windows and monitor to hear (so I have to use my motherboard's integrated sound, which means more cables.) Only 512 MB.
Other Thoughts: I don't really do anything to push this--but I didn't notice much improvement over my integrated HD 4250. I suppose it says a lot, though, that I haven't noticed any problems, either.READ FULL REVIEW
