Pros: Very fast and powerful with room to overclock it even more than it already is!
I owned 3 R9290Xs and decided to sell them due to the amount of noise and heat they generated. I am truly glad I did! This card is so quiet in comparison it's hard to believe.
The cooling fans don't even kick on till it reaches 60 degrees Celsius. I am running a 28" Samsung 4K monitor and am very happy with this card!
Cons: It's huge, takes 3 expansion slots total so if you're looking at an SLI setup check your motherboard manual for slot spacing of SLI setup and choose your card wisely!
Other Thoughts: I have never owned a Zotac product and decided to give them a try when EVGA couldn't seem to get the Hybrid or the Classified 980TI's in stock. This card is faster out of the box than both and is faster than the Kingpin version out of the box as well and has room to overclock and overvolt beyond what it has out of the box!
My current 3Dmark Fire Strike score of 22570 with 1 980ti running over 1500MHz core clock on a 3770K is better than 99% of all results with just 1 GPU!
Looks like I am a Zotac customer now and happy for it!
This review is from: BYTECC HMSP102 1 x 2 HDMI Splitter
Pros: It works somewhat. when it does it's great but the rest of the time it seems like a waste of money.
Cons: The Pictures sometimes flicker and have to turn TV's and cable box off and on several times till it decides to work. Even if it is just 1 TV I still must fight with getting it to work. And the audio has lots of static to the 2nd TV I have to use a second set of speakers and get the audio from the RCA plugs on the cable box to get a clean audio signal and I have tried numerous HDMI Cables with no luck at all....
Other Thoughts: Really not happy with it I read some of the other reviews before I purchased this and others said it worked great with no problems but I have had nothing but problems....READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Extremely sharp picture, Great colors I have 2 older ASUS VS series Monitors at 1080P on each side and the difference is very noticeable.
Cons: I wish the stand was a little nicer with better adjustability but it is more than sufficient for a gamer sitting in front of it.
I had an Issue with the screen flickering and going black completely for just a second but it was very annoying and I was close to sending this monitor back but after some reading I found that it SLI/Crossfire were turned off it goes away evidently it is a driver issue not a monitor problem.
I uninstalled the Video drivers that I was running and installed the latest beta drivers and so far it has been rock solid with no flickers at all and I have crossfire turned on too.
Also everything from task bar to icons are all really small. I had to increase their size as high as possible (150%) and they are better but still smaller than on a 1080 screen. But some things that aren't affected by the adjustment like Steam or Origin windows are fairly small and if you are too far away could cause some people to have a hard time reading the little windows.
Other Thoughts: 4K is no joke if you want to run games like BF4 at Ultra preset settings your PC better have some horsepower!
