Pros: pretty blue light

Pros: Does away with the Comcast box,new beta firmware makes it DLNA so now works on most smart box's, tho slow at times.
Cons: Keep having to reset MCE as it keeps loosing the tuners and SiliconDust tech support is a figment of the imagination.
Their answer to just about everything is update to latest Beta firmware and in what seems to be a trend by manufacturers, they think that a forum or board where people post their problems is tech support.
First unit never worked, RMA back to NewEgg with no problem, Comcast seems to have cable card problem as we went through three of them before they gave us a fourth one that was brand new in the box and that one worked.Comcast tech is almost as bad but does exist and after about twelve hours and two weeks we got it up and provisioned.
Great product idea but not "PRIME" yet.
