XFX ProSeries P1-1050-BEFX 1050W ATX12V 2.2 / ESP12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: This thing is a beast.
Its taking anything I throw at it and eating it up. Full modular makes it even better.

Cons: Only con, which isn't a con really, but they could make the plugs easier to plug in. I put the PSU in the case first, and then tried to run cables, hurt my knuckles trying to get the plugs in :( But its amazing.

CORSAIR HX series HX650 650W ATX12V v2.2 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 week to 1 month

Pros: This is a great PSU.
I'm probably pushing around 700 watts though this thing daily with my Crossfire HD 7870XT's maxxed out 1200+mhz each and my i7 3770k OCed pretty hard. Along with a few other items I have running in it. and it takes it like a champ.

Cons: Little high in cost now, but well worth it!!

Other Thoughts: Got it on a deal. So it was worth it to me.

ADATA S510 Series 2.5

4 out of 5 eggs Price is good/speed isn't amazing 06/24/2012

This review is from: ADATA S510 Series 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) AS510S3-120GM-C

Pros: Drive is cheap, and stable. Which is always good. The bracket was nice for use in the desktop I built. Overall, the thing is worth the money.(I got it for like 100 bucks)

Cons: The only con I could say, is that the drive didn't perform at the listed 500ish MB/s
Only maxxed out at around 350, so thats slightly disappointing, my Force GT hits 500+.
But like I said, the price is right on this drive.

Other Thoughts: Worth the price, can't beat it.
