Pros: Primarily used for work purposes, has great screen resolution and multiple performance modes depending on what the tablet is being used for. I found the energy saver mode to be great for checking the weather, and light web browsing; performance mode for demanding applications or games. Tegra 3 looks great!
Cons: Screen cracked after moderate use for first 30 days, heavy use in the last 7. Tablet was left in an air conditioned room, and then taken outside to read. Not dropped or mishandled. Put it down for a moment, came back and found a hairline crack in the upper right corner. Logged into ASUS's support site, and found the warranty expired. Price quote for repairing a hairline crack in the screen was 75% of what I paid for it initially.
The provided calendar widget doesn't have an option to show more than the current day's worth of appointments, and the calendar app itself doesn't appear to update after the notes are updated in exchange.
Tablet seemed laggy, and non-responsive to some touch actions when not in Performance mode. When the tablet was docked with the base, this wasn't an issue, but this mode can chew through the tablet battery quite quickly.
Other Thoughts: It's still a good tablet, runs well, has decent features and is running jellybean 4.2.1. Just not worth sending it back for a 300 dollar repair bill. Make sure you USE it in the first 30 days to see if there are any unseen defects.
3 eggs overall, would be better
