This review is from: Arctic Cooling S111 USB Powered Portable Speaker-Gray
Pros: These speakers are not your average USB speakers. Most usb speakers are usually weak sounding but wow these speakers has a balance of mids, lows, treble, and bass. If you have an equalizers to top it off it will even reach higher heights!
Cons: You will get some static coming from the speakers. The static is barely noticeable at higher volumes. If you plug it away from the fans there will be no static.
Other Thoughts: Its the best USB speakers at a respectable price and produces great volume without the need for an AC adapter.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: It has strong bands for high 2Ghz and 5ghz signals. It provides coverage for my entire house. Fancy looking router for such a design.
Cons: A year and a half in and the 2GHZ band stopped working! rendering every 2GHZ device non working with WIFI. Firmware updates wont even fix it. When it works its becomes really flaky. You expect a lot out of a $200 router and for it to breakdown halfway is no fun at all!
Other Thoughts: NETGEAR really needs to improve its R&D for long term usage of wifi routers.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Netgear N900 Dual Band Gigabit Wireless Router with 3.5" Storage Bay (WNDR4700)
Pros: Provides 450mbps on both 2.4 and 5ghz bands. Has USB 3.0 ports> You can add a hard drive for storage NAS. The 5ghz speeds are pretty good and stable at most of the time.
Cons: 2.4ghz is virtually unstable. You will have to reboot it every 24hrs to get it back up to speed. If you don't reboot it the connection will either drop or degrade overtime. A 50mbps will drop to 5-8mbps if not reset within the 24hrs period. Another is the fan is very loud and would not recommend putting it in your room.
Other Thoughts: The router could have been designed a little better and better firmware could be applied.READ FULL REVIEW
