EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 220-G2-0750-XR 80+ GOLD 750W Fully Modular EVGA ECO Mode Includes FREE Power On Self Tester Power Supply

Pros: excellent cable management, only have to attach the cables you need. Comes with a bag to put the extra cables in. I was also able to put all of the driver DVD's in one spot. Comes with velcro straps to keep your cables where you want them.

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: EVGA continues to make quality products.

SSD's for the Win

SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 500GB SATA III 32 layer 3D V-NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-75E500B/AM
SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 500GB SATA III 32 layer 3D V-NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-75E500B/AM

Pros: Did not run any benchmark tests but using this SSD I have incredible boot times and excellent load times of all applications I have opened.

Cons: Obviously they make SSD's the 2.5" standard for Laptops so I had to get an adapter to put it in the case properly.

Excellent Vid card

GIGABYTE GV-N75TOC-2GI G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card
GIGABYTE GV-N75TOC-2GI G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card

Pros: Great video card. comes with software for over clocking. Didn't try that though. Able to use up to 4 monitors with out any adapters.

Cons: none

Overall Review: I did install the OC Guru but had to uninstall it because other software I had to use was causing it to crash. I think this is the fault of the other software though as it worked fine until it was installed.

Awesome case

Cooler Master HAF 922 - High Air Flow Mid Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0 and All-Black Interior
Cooler Master HAF 922 - High Air Flow Mid Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0 and All-Black Interior

Pros: Great case bought 5 of these for work computers. I Bought the HAF 932 for my personal computer and really liked it. This is a good mid tower, excellent cable management, and plenty of room for upgrades. Big fans means quiet operation. Also has a LED button to turn the front fan light off.

Cons: My only problem with this case is that the power and reset buttons are on the top of the case. I would prefer them to be in the front.

Overall Review: does not come with an adapter for solid state form factor. If you plan on putting SSDs in this case I would recommend getting an adapter. As long as you don't plan on moving the computer much you can put the SSD in with just one screw since its not a spinning drive it wont shake its self loose.

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity (100315L )
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity (100315L )

Pros: I've only had this card for about 4 days but it seems to be able to handle everything so far. I ran 2 MMO's (Lord of the Rings Online and Aion which is the more visually appealing of the two) and a few other smaller programs with out any lag at all. For what I paid ($134.99) it seems to be a really great card. The windows experience gives it a 7.7/7.9. That being said see the cons.

Cons: When I first tried to use this card I had problems with it. it was making the screen look all funky then would go to a solid color at which point I couldn't do anything but reset the computer. It even gave me the BSOD once. However I think this might have been because I had a different card in the build. The drivers may have been conflicting. After about an hour of troubleshooting I booted into safe mode and deleted anything I could find that seemed to have something to do with video cards (as this was a freshly installed windows 7 64 bit there wasn't very many files to look through). Now it works great and seems to handle fairly heavy loads easily. This may or may not be newegg's fault but the picture and what I got are not the same. It shows 2 DVI ports exactly the same, however one of the ports is an older standard of DVI and the supplied adapter does not fit the older port style... See other thoughts (ran out of room)

Overall Review: this leaves me with only being able to use duel monitors (HDMI and DVI-duel link with the adapter to VGA) until I can get an adapter I wont be able to use 3 monitors like i thought i would be able to right out of the box. This is something that is more of a minor annoyance but should have been shown in the picture and listed in the description. Overall I think this is a great card and I am still happy with my purchase (I think they should have put an adapter for both DVI ports though especially since they are different).

I Like Power

Thermaltake Black Widow W0319RU 850 W ATX 12V v2.3, EPS 12V v2.91 CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
Thermaltake Black Widow W0319RU 850 W ATX 12V v2.3, EPS 12V v2.91 CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: Great cable system. With all but the primary cables detachable and with a case such as COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Advanced that has a place for the cables to go in the back you can have a very clean cable free work area. wire sets are wrapped in a nice mesh that keeps all the wires in that set together so no random little wires to get in the way of something. Also has a nice big fan for cooling (I'm a fan of big fans... no pun intended lol). 850W is a rather respectable wattage for a high end (maybe not highest) gaming desktop computer.

Cons: Not sure if this is just because i have the PSU mounted on the bottom but it seems that all the SATA power cables are upside down. I had to twist them around so that they would fit (not really a problem as even in a big case the cables seem plenty long enough to reach any where in the case).

Overall Review: LOL not sure why it really needs the floppy power port but hey if you want a floppy this will power it. Would be really nice if somebody would make some kind of software that would say in real time how much each component in a desktop computer is using.
