Pros: Fast, easy to use, flexible.
Cons: A little heavy. A bit more money, until yout start adding up what you'd have to spend on an iPad or other table to get the same as what comes with the Iconia
Other Thoughts: I've had my Iconia W700 for about 6 months now and love it!. I'm no tech geek, but I think this is one of the best values out there. A lot of the other “cons” that are out there about the Iconia W700 don't seem to hold water to me. Early on I had a slight issue with the wireless problem some many people mention. I think the updates really helped that issue. Some may say there’s not enough memory. No big deal, I plug in a USB hub and run everything off a small 1T external hard drive when I do anything serious on the tablet.; plus the hub allows me to run a wireless mouse as well. And to me, the weight is a non issue, period! As far a traveling with the unit, it’s great. Sometimes I’ll take the bluetooth keyboard, but most of the time I don’t. And when traveling for work, I NEVER take my iPad…don’t like it and I rarely use it. I would definitely recommend the Acer Iconia W700 for anyone debating between the iPad or Microsoft Surface.READ FULL REVIEW
