This review is from: ASRock AM1B-ITX AM1 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX AMD Motherboard
Pros: Has 4 sata ports which makes it better as a file server, and it supports 16GB ram. The AM1 socket allows upgrades, the board has a TPM Header, and it comes in a small form factor. It also has DVI and HDMI connectors. With the right network card, a 1.6GHz 5150 apu can support 1179175 pps or 70 MB / second.
Cons: The motherboard itself (PCB) is very thin and flexes a lot when installing ram or the power connector, so be careful. The PCI-e slot is only x4, but I that's what all AM1 boards have, so its not ASRock's fault.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ECS KBN-I/2100 AMD E1-2100 Dual Core processor Mini ITX Motherboard/CPU/VGA Combo
Pros: Low power use, true x86_64 cpu thats fast enough to do some real work. Holds 32GB of ram, and you could use it as a KVM virtual machine host, but its likely too slow for most guests. Works great as a firewall or file server, or even a basic desktop.
Cons: I've purchased one of these and two of the ECS KBN-I/5200 AMD A6-5200 Quad Core, and they have all died after a few months of light use. I usually never have problems with ECS motherboards, but I think from now on I'll buy other brands.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: 1920 x 1080 is a decent size for a monitor.
Has speakers. The picture is sharp and colors are good.
26W, so low power consumption. Easy to use controls.
Cons: Doesn't include an HDMI cable. Not very bright. You have to sit in front of it just right to see the best image.
Tilt adjustment is poor and there's no height adjustment, so you might have to place it on top of a book or something to get the best view.
