5 out of 5 eggs Please Read for Truth on This - Awesome Coffee Maker 02/27/2012

This review is from: Saeco 104618 Black Standard Drip Coffeemaker

Pros: 1 - Automatic brew timer, coffees made when you wake up. 2. - Coffee maker beeps when its done brewing and the sneek-a-cup feature is great 3. - Dedicated button for half-pot when needed 4. - Sweet LED Light display, yea its bright but its the kitchen so who cares people. 5. - Clean coffee pot indicator (if you read the directions it clearly states that it comes on after 4 brews. Just hold it for a few seconds and it turns off until another 4 brews. I clean mine about once a month to keep it brewing quicker. 6. - Auto off after two hours 7. - Burn-out safety feature, if there's no water in the coffee pot it wont turn on.

Cons: The biggest thing people complain about is the lack for gold and charcole filter it comes with ya that sucks but did you see the price on this thing you have to pay 80 bucks a walmart for one with all these features. Yes the opening for pouring in the water is small but to me thats the only bad thing about this.

Other Thoughts: Also, anyone haveing trouble with the auto shutoff well once again if you read the manual, the coffee pot has a nice design feature to it that doesn't allow it to turn on unless it has water in it. So while its flashing when you first turn it on after the auto off shut it off, tap the top of the lid so the steam water drops fall in it or dump a small shot of water in it. If after a few seconds it doesn't suck water it'll just shut off again. Safety feature so it doesn't burn up by accidently turning it on.. Awesome deal here guys, im buying another just to have.
