Pros: None. I ran the update patch for the monitor, it went dead. It looked like any other monitor for about 2 minutes. SO, I sent it in for service and that's where SAMSUNG's problem starts.

Cons: It went to service, it5 took several days for the UPS shipping tag to get to my email. I had it in to UPS the next day. Shipping/service took about two weeks. Got it back, same box I shipped it in (shipped back single box!?!). AND IT'S DEAD AGAIN! They didn't fix anything!

So, they want to ship me another UPS label (it's been two days and not here yet). Then another two or three weeks, if I'm lucky to get it back again.

I've owned this monitor now for months and not used it yet. I have another Samsung monitor, two TVs and was looking at their phones as well. However, their service is way, way BAD. Honestly some of the worst service I've ever run across. And I've been online since 1992.

I've loved their stuff, but service means too much to do without so I'm done with SAMSUNG.

Other Thoughts: Another thing was Samsung's telephone relations. I was passed off -- from service rep to service rep -- no less than three times per phone call. There were also several times during each call that I was asked to wait for two or three minutes. I bet that I was waiting at least 6 minutes a call and maybe longer. AND it took me at least four calls to get to where I am today. So if you like to be jerked around and waste lots of time with customer service and/or tech support -- THEN SAMSUNG'S THE BRAND FOR YOU. If, however, you like your tech/customer service quick, painless and seemless, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
