Poor quality, poor customer service
Pros: Worked for a little bit.
Cons: My warranty covered me from July 2009 - July 2012. Product began to fail in May 2012, due to death in family contacted company in July 2012 to be told I was out of warranty. Rep told me they would make an 'exception' and repair it - sent monitor in, spoke with a 'supervisor' in INDIA who told me it won't be repaired unless I pay them $130. This resulted in a dispute as the supervisor claimed I was told this on the initial call to tech support, when I know for a fact I was not told that if it was a broken or failed Panel, i was responsible. I never agreed to send in my monitor under those conditions. So after spending $25 in shipping charges, my broken monitor is being sent back to me - broken. Horrible customer service, and being based in India is no bonus.
