Pros: Inexpensive, runs dual monitors, Gigabyte customer service and RMA process is great (the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1).
Cons: High failure rate so far.
Other Thoughts: I had been installing the Rev 3.0 version of these cards as a way to drive dual monitors on our internal systems. I had installed 35 of the 3.0 without a single failure. I rated those a full 5 stars because of the dependability. The first two Rev 5.0 cards that we installed both overheated and failed. The fan spins on one but it is very slow. We replaced with another Rev 5.0 and the fan failed completely. Outside the Newegg 30 day window so dealing directly with Gigabyte and their customer service has been great to deal with. I'm just hoping this was a fluke because these are (were) a great card for a business desktop.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This is a follow up to my previous review about the fans. I was beyond the Newegg return window and had to deal with Tripp Lite directly. It is rare to get great customer service. The whole process was totally painless. Kudos to Tripp Lite for their great service.

Cons: Blows breaker as soon as I plug it in. Breaker blows as if there is a direct short inside one of the fans.
Other Thoughts: Going to try to exchange it. I am not happy about this as the fans are mounted in a cabinet that is 20' off the ground.READ FULL REVIEW
