Pros: This is not a broken CPU. Intel has deliberately removed the IGP from the chip because enthusiasts that have the 2500k think that without the IGP, they'll be able to get higher overclocks. So Intel listened and did just that.
Cons: You don't get IGP, but most people who are overclocking have a discrete video card anyway.
Other Thoughts: If you are serious about overclocking, this is the chip to get. If you are not, then get one of the non K versions. If you just want to mildly overclock above 3.8Ghz, then go with the 2500k. If you want 4.5Ghz+ then take a chance with the 2500k or get this chip.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: COOLER MASTER RC-692-KKN2 CM690 II Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Pros: Plenty and I do mean PLENTY of room inside this thing.
I have an LGA 1156 setup with a Cooler Master 212+ HS/F, four hard drives, 470 GTX video card and a modular PSU inside with room to spare. I mounted a second 120mm fan on the side, but I don't think it was needed. I just had an extra one.
Cons: It was too tall to fit inside my desk's tower cabinet. Not really the cases fault, I think I can remove the feet and it will squeeze in there, but I am afraid it will have poor air circulation so I haven't tested that out yet.
Other Thoughts: I would recommend this case to anyone. Solid design, easy cable management, good air circulation and it looks clean.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Logitech MK520 2.4GHz Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo - Black
Pros: Excellent on batteries, have had it almost a year now and still haven't had to replace the batteries. Though I do have two keyboard (one wired that sits on the keyboard tray) and the one in the combo that sits on top of my desk. I only got it because when I hook up my steering wheel to my desk, I can't use the keyboard tray. So I got a wireless keyboard to stay close by and a wireless mouse that I can easily move from the keyboard tray. I keep this keyboard on top, sitting in front of the monitor and usually end up using it 9/10 times when I am typing.
Cons: I have to type the words myself. I mean really. Sigh.
Other Thoughts: I would recommend this setup to anyone, I use it for photoshop to gaming and don't have any complaints.READ FULL REVIEW
