Pros: Been using two of these flash cards for almost two years now with no problems. I have one in a digital SLR camera and the other in a HD video camera. I can capture thousands of pictures with the DSLR and over 6 hours of high definition video with the camcorder. The transfer rates are super fast. I have achieved read rates in the 85-100 MB/s range and write speeds as high as 35 MB/s. I have owned other Patriot products and am always happy with the performance and quality. I plan to get the 256GB version of this product in the near future.
Cons: The price went down considerably since I purchased this item.
Other Thoughts: I am always happy with the service. Newegg rocks!READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Xbox One Wireless Adapter for Windows
Pros: If you are having difficulty installing the adapter, try the following: First, search for Microsoft Update Catalog using Internet Explorer. On the catalog, search for XBox Wireless. Of those results, select the "Generic Controller - Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows" for Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 Driver by clicking 'Add." Then click on the Basket icon in the top right. On the next screen, click on the option to Download. Download the driver to any folder. Open the cab in that folder to display all the files. Select all of those files and right click, select 'extract.' Plug in the wireless adapter in any USB port. Open device manager. Right click on the 'XBOX ACC" item and select update driver then choose manually. Navigate to the folder with the unpacked files from the cab and click install. The controller and wireless adapter should pair OK now.
Cons: According to Microsoft, Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 already have the driver and all you have to do is plug in the adapter. That is NOT true. Maybe for Windows 10 but not all earlier versions have the driver.
Other Thoughts: I received this item the day after I ordered it. Newegg rocks!READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Tried two 980 in SLI, even the K|ngp|n edition graphics cards were not enough to push a 4K monitor. But two of the TX in SLI were more than sufficient, giving me more than 60 fps in AAA title games like Dying Light. After testing, I installed water blocks and now the GPU boosts to 1278MHz on default settings. I can also overclock them close to 1500MHz with no changes to voltage. The ASIC quality score was 64.4 and 66.6 respectively, which I do not rely on for overclocking potential. I believe I just have good cards to play with. In addition, the 12GB of VRAM is a nice buffer for some of the latest games at higher resolutions or surround.
Cons: Unlike the original Titan, this card is ideal for gaming and only gaming. If AMD had better driver support, I would be all over their products. But since NVIDIA is in their A game, I will continue to buy EVGA, etc.
Other Thoughts: I received this item in less than three business days after ordering which shipped from their CA warehouse. Newegg rocks!READ FULL REVIEW
