Pros: The pretty keyboard. Strong Lan.

Cons: Cannot run even simple games at 60 fps. Freezes 50% of the time I try to alt-tab. Runs extremely hot when playing games, if you aren't using a cooling pad. Sounds like a hurricane when you turn it on, the fans just go berserk Windows 8.

Overall Review: When I was shopping for a computer about 4 months ago, I was looking for a midrange laptop that would be able to handle the games I wanted to play smoothly. Now I don't play games that take much of anything to run, league of legends, hearthstone, some steam games but usually only on medium quality. Now when I try to play these games on my newly purchased MSI Destroyer, everything craps out. I have never played on a gaming laptop that could not play league of legends at 60 frames, especially not a laptop that should be able to handle most games smoothly at ultra quality. Don't expect that from this laptop. This is quite frustrating, but even worse is when the computer freezes almost every time I alt-tab from any game. Now I thought to myself, "maybe it's my fault, maybe somehow something I downloaded on my computer is causing this". So I did a system restore and just downloaded and internet browser and league of legends. And when I played, I got 40-45 frames consistently. Aside from the bottleneck, this laptop runs quite hot. A cooling pad is definitely an item someone with this laptop will need. And lastly, when you turn on this laptop, the fans go absolutely nuts. It sounds like a plane taking off. I did not want much from this laptop and it failed to fulfill my needs.
