This review is from: CORSAIR Voyager GT 64GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Model CMFVYGT3A-64GB
Cons: Doesn't work on any of the newer computers with USB 3.0 ports. Only works with USB 2.0, and at that rate, whats the point of purchasing a high speed USB 3.0 "compatible" flash drive? Look elsewhere for a high capacity flash drive solution.
Other Thoughts: Doesn't work on my Asus Sabertooth (Z77) board. Doesn't even really like the USB 2.0 ports. Works on my wife's older P35 rig with USB 2.0 ports. I would send it back if I thought it would make a bit of difference, but as you can tell from everyone elses feedback, this is not a good product. Maybe once they work out the bugs in regards to the proper operation of this drive when it comes to USB 3.0 it could be worthwhile. But for now, I would _NOT_ recommend this drive to anyone.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Purchased four (4) of these drives during newegg's last promotion, can't beat the price on these drives. I was a little hesitant due to the amount of reviews regarding DOAs, but then again..there's only ~70 reviews with 3 eggs or less and I'm sure that is a very small amount of people compared to how many of these drives have been sold.
These four drives arrived in a box full of packing peanuts. Each drive was individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Very pleased with the shipping, and the operation of the drives thus far (RAID 10 via an LSI 9271-8i hardware controller).
* Note: I'm within 1 business day shipping from newegg's location in City of Industry.
Cons: None thus far, great packing, all drives operational so far.
Time will tell, I will be closely monitoring these drives for any errors.
Other Thoughts: I _will_ follow up in 1-3 months once I've had a chance to load a ton of data on this array and have had some extensive read/writes to the array/drives.READ FULL REVIEW
