Other Thoughts: I had to contact Cooler Master support by phone ,because I didn't receive a reply to 2 separate emails or the review that was left on NEWEGG (which they've now responded to both).
Adding the valued customer spiel to my feedback after the issue was deemed by Cooler master Support unresolvable (have to RMA) at a cost of $17.(S&H), which IMHO was their lack of decent instruction/ labeling of parts; only adds to my mistrust in this manufacture.
Updating the PDF instructions and offering benign assistance to a neutral feedback is not a helpful solution.
Some may have no issues with Cooler Master, but this will be my last issues.
Pros: Reason for purcase: DA’ Heat-
Ambient Room temp 76 degrees (have server running)
-Case: Cooler Master CM Trooper
-Rosewill 1K pwr sup:
-AMD FX8350/ Cooler master
-1x 64g- OCZ Synapse
-2x 120g Corsair SSD /Raid 0
-2x-300 velociraptor / Raid0
-2x 1T- barracuda / Raid 5
Cooler Master Seidon XL has drop my CPU (AMD-FX3850) temps by 6-degrees(idle) from 37 to 36 +/- & 6 to 10-degrees(load) BF3-Max’d out (64 to 58)- Metro max(62 to 56) both of these games had temps of mid 60’s. The over case temps have drop by at least 8 to 10 degrees as well.
Cons: *** No customer support or response to customer email concerns, and since they don't have a 24hr support, it would be nice if a response is received within 72hrs.
* Install instruction should be more explanatory, lot of omitted info that a non-experienced person could use.. e.g. whether the radiator hose should be mount up or down Fan/pump connection to the Mobo …etc.
*Pump at 100% - Noisy loud-
*Thermal grease not the best
*Screw hole mount pliable (easily strips out)
*Milled mounting screws: Had a gap between radiator and case or fan and case , depending on which M/screw you grab.( There is a difference but it’s not labeled)
Other Thoughts: *Mounting the pump is rather cumbersome because of the radiator & hose weight/ shifting in an already existing system
*When mounting the radiator to the case be certain that screws are lined up and turn gently. I ended up constantly turning the screw and ultimately strip the radiator threads, because- 1) It’s aluminum & 2) it would not mount flush.
This review is from: BYTECC BTA-36 HDMI Female x 2 to HDMI Male Adaptor
Pros: Compact size
Cons: Will not work with (2) devices connected, With (1)device Connect signal is EXTEMELY degraded.
Other Thoughts: Thought this had a built in amplifier from the size of it , but," Not "
-Didn't work on *New LED tv and HMC or LCD blu ray setup.
-Manufacturer is NON-responsive to emails, and forget about reaching them on the phone. Which means they'll never get my business again.
*Once again NuEgg has provided top notch customer service in responding to my concerns..KUDO's!!!
