This review is from: SteelSeries 61050SS 7H Headset
Pros: Quality - These headphones are not cheaply made AT ALL
Durability- They are solid on the durability aspect, just know these are $150.00 headset's so don't put them in a place where they will fall to the ground, be aware of where you're putting them, and also be aware of the cord length. This is CRITIC
Cord Length and quality- it's a braided cord, anti tangle just like the g500 series, there is a volume control too and a mic on off switch
Comfort, Comfort, Comfort, Comfort, need I say it again these headsets are absolutely the most comfortable pair I've had the opportunity to try. I have used seinheiser h80's as well and razer products under 100.00. These surpass them all easily hands down, you get two different set's of pads, and the leather pads really feel good, grips your head snuggly no headaches after hours of use.
Cons: The tech warranty support is lacking. However once I put my foot down as a customer the company responded swiftly and you know what, I just may come back to them. They expedited out my new pair, the new pair I received had the same issue with the right ear cup so they expedited me out a right ear speaker it just plugs right in it's so easy to take apart and store away for travel.
I purchased the Ghost Recon 3D Fatal1ty gamerz sound card and with the headphone amplifier this headset is absolutely worth every penny. SOooo much pure bass, just beautiful.
Other Thoughts: I hope steelseries refocuses on the customer's experience, I really like your products.
I'd buy them again to be honest, they are just too darn good! lol ^^
This review is from: Genius SP-HF1800A 50 W 2.0 Three-way Hi-Fi Wood Speakers
Pros: Let's face it price price price
Quality: they are seriously heavy speakers, not cheap plastic at all very well constructed was seriously impressed mind you coming from logitech z 5300
Style: glossy black finish is slick, makes nice for office or home setting
Control: volume controle with treble and bass makes for easy modding
Headphone and microphone input
Sound quality is great mind you I have the x-fi ghost 3d game sound card
The reviews I read on this product were dead on
Cons: The surface is a glossy black finish, just like some laptops and outer shells of graphics cards. So therefore scratches are easy, too easy. I recommend keeping the wrapper on untill you get the speakers set up completely.
I don't think I would have liked these speakers with out a dedicated sound card, I recommend asus and x fi
Other Thoughts: The reviews are correct, these speakers are for people who don't and can't have bass, like apartment living. However we still want and demand quality. These speakers not only look sexy, they deliver intense performance ,from music, to first person shooters, watching movies all done well without getting a knock from the neighbor downstairs.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I know alot of people here comment on the heat and noise of the card. I have to say, the reference design is what you want because it blows the hot air out of the case. When I put my hand up to the back of my Cosmos s ii the only place that is hot is where the video card is and boy oh boy is it pushing out some hot air.
Overclockers dream with the new EVGA software, overvolt's like a champ no restrictions, I can get the core up to 875mhz volt 1.50 and this thing STOMPS. Put the fan up to 85% and I'm coasting at 75 c.
Note this is with Cosmos S ii Tower. You get what you pay for.
Cons: Reference coolers need to step it up, I like the reference design and how it keeps the airflow in my case nice and cool. They just need to make the fan blades cover twice cm coverage and make it two fans instead of one. If you do that you will eat the competition red or green.
Other Thoughts: For 210.00READ FULL REVIEW
